What are CaliBloom’s hours of operations?

The phones are open Monday through Saturday from 11 AM – 8 PM and Sunday from 11 AM – 5 PM.

Is it customary to tip the delivery driver?

As with most delivery services, the drivers do greatly appreciate tips to help defray the cost of gas and vehicle operation.  We do not charge a delivery fee that is passed onto the drivers like many other collectives or businesses.

What is your policy on Ramona deliveries?

Previously we were able to offer same day Ramona service however with the remarkable increase in overall orders and the distance from the rest of our delivery area we have had to make some changes in the way that we handle them.

We will continue to service Ramona but will now be delivering there only on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.  On each of those days we will be going out to Ramona once and in a specific time band so it will be necessary to place your order either the day before, or very early on the day of, to ensure we can reach you.

Is CaliBloom open on holidays?

CaliBloom is always closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.  Most other holidays (Labor Day, July 4th, etc.) we are open however often with limited delivery hours so get your orders in early!

What are the age requirements to join CaliBloom?

You must be 18 years old.

Do you accept checks or credit cards?

Unfortunately we are only able to accept cash due to difficulty in finding and maintaining a credit card processor for this industry.

Do you charge sales tax?

California and local sales tax are already included in all prices.

Do you have a storefront or showroom that I can visit to view the product?

Unfortunately, we do not at this time.  However, we do have a few examples on our Pictures page as well as photos of the majority of our menu at the SC Labs test results page.

Can I set up an order for a future date or time?

Yes!  In fact it is a great way to ensure that you your medicine it in the time frame that you need it.

I am a patient/grower who has extra medicine, who should I contact for information on trades or donations?

Please contact matt@calibloom.com and include your name and phone # as well as the strains you have an excess of.  We will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

Can you deliver to a location that is not a residence?

Yes, our drivers are more than happy to meet you in a public place, such as a shopping center or restaurant parking lot if you would prefer.

I want to join your collective but I’m having trouble sending over a picture of my driver’s license and/or doctor’s recommendation… Can’t the driver just look at it when they get here?

No, for the safety of our drivers we MUST have a clear picture of your California ID and valid doctor’s recommendation before we will send out an order.  Please view the New Patient section for more information.

Can I send my order via email?

Yes if you have a complicated order feel free to send your order to delivery@calibloom.com however it is possible for the email to be missed if the person answering the phone is busy so please make sure to call or text the main phone (858-472-9498) and let them know you sent it.
